The Adult Surprise Jacket


Well I don't believe it but I have finally finish the ASJ by EZ I enjoyed it but was very nervous about figureing the math on this one. But It turned out just fine as you can see by the picture. I've made dozens of the baby version but this was my first adult version. I love it. Don't YOU?

The Wonderful Wallaby


Just got back from our vacation to Lake Michgan and while we were there I went to a Knit shop called the Sit and Knit and saw this pattern I'd been reading about on the Ralvery group call the wonderful wallaby well I had to buy it and just finished it this morning here is a picture of it. I love it and enjoyed it so much I'm starting another one right away. If you haven't tried it you need to do so.

Peacock Socks




I wrote this easy lace sock pattern and knitted them with jitterbug sock yarn. if your interested just let me know and I will share the pattern.


This is also a picture of Allie in her Einstin coat and pigtail hat grandma roro knitted her. She really like it I think.

A busy Knitter 2008


Well, I've been really busy and haven't had much blog time but I'm hopeing to be back on it. I've been instructing some classes at the local yarn shop and have really enjoyed sharing my addiction to knitting. Have made a lot of socks with the magic loop method which is the only way to knit socks if you ask me.

Just finished knitting a tie from the one skein wonders book, this is a great book.

The baby surprise sweater is another thing I've been busy giving classes on. This is a wonder little pattern if you've never tried it I strong recommend it. Here is a few pictures to enjoy.
